PAYMENT
All prices are in U.S. Dollars (USD).
Sweet Label Plugz will not produce or start working on your order until we receive full payment.
We let you preview before we print/cut your order.
Changes to artwork, order specifications or production time are not possible once all proofs are approved.
REFUND
Sweet Label Plugz does not provide refund unless order cancellation is done within 24 hours of ordering and work on labels hasn’t been started on.
PROOFS
We require you to approve an online proof for every custom product before we print/cut your order.
It is your responsibility to review your proof and approve it.
We are not liable for delays resulting from the proof approval process.
You are responsible for verifying the accuracy of your proof.
RETURNS
Sweet Label Plugz does not accept returns as all labels are custom made with trademark/copyright designs/logo and cannot be sold to another customer.
Therefore, it is vital that all customers approve their online proof for every custom product before orders are print/cut.
Logo/Designs
Printed labels – Sweet Label Plugz only accepts high resolution transparent graphics in jpeg, png & jpg for printed labels. If your graphics is not of a high resolution and when printed, comes out dull/pale Sweet Label Plugz will not be responsible if it is not visible/bright enough for your product. Therefore, it is recommended that a graphic designer is contracted to make designs/logo.
Vinyl cut labels - Sweet Label Plugz only accepts high resolution transparent graphics in jpeg, png & jpg for vinyl cut labels. Vinyl cut labels are only done from words of your designs/logo that are thick and not too thin with a minimum of 3-4 words depending on your measurement and the product it will be going on. Along with, a few designs such as lips, lip gloss, heart etc.
SHIPPING
Sweet Label Plugz is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, weather, strikes, epidemic, pandemic or other situations beyond our control, or for any lost or damages resulting from the failure to receive an order on time.
We are not liable for lost or damages that occur in shipping.
We are not responsible for any packages shipped to wrong addresses.
If packages are shipped to wrong addresses or P.O. Boxes, once returned, you will be charged for re-shipping. And if packages haven’t been shipped contact should be made to correct shipping address.
Our responsibility is limited to preparing your order and delivering it for shipping.
Sweet Label Plugz will not request a shipping fee refund from any postal carrier to return to a customer if they haven’t received their packages within the estimated delivery time. Please note shipping carriers may experience delays such as, weather, strikes, epidemic, pandemic or other situations beyond their control.
DAMAGES TO LABELS
Sweet Label Plugz will not be responsible for any damages a customer cause during the removal and placing of labels onto products.
PRIVACY POLICY
We collect information, such as your name and email address, when you, or other users, provide it to us while using our website or volunteer it through other forms of communication.
USE
The information we collect is used for the following reasons:
- Fulfill your requests for our products and services.
SHARING
The information we collect is not shared with other organizations, except in the following circumstances:
- We are acquired by, or merged with, another company.
- In order to comply with legal requirements, prevent or take action against suspected fraud or protect the safety of our users.
- And in order to work with service providers, such as payment processors or credit agencies.
- If there are violation of our faqs of Service.
CHANGES
We may occasionally update our Privacy Policy.
